Delivered a global fixed time / fixed price program to provide video backbone services for a new kids videos and games app.

Our component of the overall solution comprised of a number of pieces including providing client ingestion services, Brightcove video storage and distribution platform (Video Cloud), manipulation of metadata via a custom solution including a custom UI, integration with user / subscriber management and billing systems and an outbound GraphQL API to app for consumption of data. We also provided an integration to a large telco in region for subscriber billing and server to server integration between subscriber platform and analytics platforms Kochava & Clevertap.

The client team started out as a handful of very determined people in a startup like environment nested inside a global organization. At completion of of the first phase of the program, client had over a 100 resources involved including both their team members and all the vendors. Our team, using Agile process and guidelines was able to efficiently grow to continue to support client as their needs increased.

The program successfully delivered apps to Philippines and Singapore, with delivery being on time, on budget and with a very satisfied client. The Client at completion of original SOW, signed up for a second phase of work, increasing the size and scope of work for our team. A strong testament to our teams original success.
