- Responsible for ad enablement product planning, ad integration process, road maps, financial plans, and overall day-to-day relationship with key Nokia services including Nokia Music, Nokia Radio, Nokia.mobi, Nokia Life and others.
- Managed ongoing mobile display partnerships and technology for Nokia services and external revenue generating partners.
- Responsible for all NAVTEQ’s ATG global publisher integrations.
- Refreshed and redesigned publisher management process for new NAVTEQ ATG group.
- Worked with Development, Product Management, and other teams in NAVTEQ’s Advertising Technology Group to deliver strategic mobile display initiatives for key publishers.
- Owned creation of new PMO structure, templates, and process for NIA’s specific functions.
- Provided program management oversight of other project managers for regular reporting of milestones metrics, risk management, and goal setting to senior management.
- Spearheaded group-wide initiative on ad insertion end-to-end process improvement covering I/O creation to campaign closure.
- Managed building and deployment of complex reporting system impacting many Nokia advertising groups.
